I was checking the board earlier and just kind of sat there staring at the screen because this momentum feels completely surreal. It is honestly wild to see so many people connecting with the need for better hospital standards since I really thought I would be out here shouting into the void by myself.

My sister is a nurse and she works 12 hour shifts without even getting a break. It is dangerous for the patients when they are that overworked. Pass this bill now.
Nurses are burned out. We need those ratios set in stone or nothing is going to change.

worked in a hospital for years and seen how bad it gets when the floor is short staffed. its a miracle more mistakes dont happen. this is long overdue.
