Allow worker sharing. Our city and group of associations is the most functional I've ever seen on any server. It generates a feeling of teamwork and comraderie, and provides a framework that allows junior people to grow without ridicule or scorn.

sharing workers helps a city grow and forms a bond with fellow players in city. why try and spoil this any city can do it if they wished. looks like another punishment for the core players

Removing the ability to share workers will drive out players that don't have money to Buy bunches of gold . That would allow big money players to dominate game. With that said, I do spend some money on game ,But not the amount that it would take to have a chance to win or finish near the top. If you change it , put me down on the list of people that will Quit playing Rail Nation.

I think worker sharing is a good vonsept it promotes city coop and growth , it makes the game more fun , and friendly , I thought that was the goal, to create a social playing enviroment. If you want to take away something it should the ability to use gold to buy your way to the top , that makes the game unfair for those who truely enjoy the game.

Please keep some servers with the more wide open rules so that the big teams and total city players can still work together. Worker Sharing is a part of that. Individual success was fun for one round but after that the team is more important.

Those of us who have learned to work together and share workers fit the concept of the game. We buy lots of Gold and teach others haow to play. Some stay with us but many go start thier own associations on other servers and increase play and involvement and hopefully Gold purchasing.
