Please, Travian GMBH, do not eliminate worker sharing. You should enhance the game to make it easier for alliances to band together for worker sharing, maybe even improve track around the city and more!

Can i just say that i find this a great part of the game it brings people together and make one big family trying to do the best for the city i do feel if this is removed it will isolate people please think long and hard before this change is made i have made friends because of this game and would not like to lose it Thanks Ray

worker sharing is good think, city assos really blend together as one big group what is needed, to play this game with fun. eliminating worker sharing will destroy cities.

Do not take away worker sharring, many people will stop playing the game all together

Worker sharing saves us money and allows us to grow faster and get better trains, also it promotes great team work in the city which it would be a shame to see go...

Really? Whilst this game is all about teamwork, and being social, I do think we can draw the line. Is being in an assoc and getting your assoc to bid on workers too hard? Well it must be, as you get your top players in a city to do all the hard work whilst the lower players sit back and use your services. No wonder this game is dying, players aren't being taught how to get through the game without using the services of the bigger players. Plus, not every one has the time to adopt this. I work, and so do my players. And unlike some, I will not use other players log in details to make this stupid strategy work. Work well as an assoc, and work well in a city. Its not hard. Two forms of teamwork, but easily done. So get a life, its a game, and accept that you can't always get your own way. (also, why is your GOAL set at 250? - thousands of people play this game, so a GOAL of 250 people seems to imply this strategy is only liked and supported by the minority of people...that doesn't sound like you want to make this game fun for all...)

Worker Sharing is a very real strategy, not an exploit! On the servers I play, less than 10% of the cities do it, so it is a real strategical advantage for those that do. This game has few strategy elements in it, so keep this one!

This is a great way to get the city working together as opposed to individual efforts
