Governor Hickenlooper,
BLM has zero management authority over private property owned on federal land. Any effort by BLM (DOI) to close roads on federal land will constitute "takings without just compensation," and actions executed in direct violation of our statutes and constitution. Private Property rights on federal land have never been extinguished, and you have a duty to protect those rights.

I've live in Grand Junction my entire life and the ability and opportunity to go into the wilderness and be able to venture out is why I love this valley so much . There are allot of people who can't walk or ride horses to get out there and enjoy this and if you sign this bill that would take this away from those and many other retired people who love to get out but without these roads wouldn't be able to otherwise.

We have enjoyed access to these lands for generations. Many people don't realize these roads are the only way many of us can access these areas as well as giving firefighters, handicapped, those who have Heath problems and others
