The purpose of this petition is to have neighborhood input into the design and layout of the proposed Hack Center as it impacts our community, Rivenwick Townhomes. Hack Center shall have no commercial access to the streets in our community for the purpose of accessing loading docks. The design shall of the structure shall be required to have loading dock accesses on development site property only utilizing the identified common public ingress/egress sites already identified to to said property. The currently propsed dock in the center of the complex that is designed to be accessed from the intersection of Jaspar and 139th Lane NW will be relocated based on current proposed plans. Any exception to this will not be acceptable to the surrounding neighborhood.
