Anime Matsuri is the largest anime & Japanese pop culture convention in Houston, TX. Not only are they big on anime and Japanese pop culture, but gaming is a major factor of this convention as well. RIOT Games Inc, as you all know and most definitely love, created the game League of Legends. Every year they go to PAX, and there are tons of fans at their panel. We're in Houston, Texas! One of the largest cities in the US and the fan base of LoL here is definitely huge. What better way to show RIOT some love by inviting them as a guest to Anime Matsuri rather than just PAX?! There are many many League players, and having them at Anime Matsuri would be even better especially for the cosplayers as well! We all show our love for RIOT and LoL in many ways, and an anime convention is one of the great ways since Anime Matsuri is the biggest convention in Houston.
