25 James Brite Circle. We have had numerous large bears (and their cubs) on our property this year, due to increased Covid foot-traffic with people cutting thru our yards (the homes that back to 202). Many of us have young children who have spent many hours outside in our yards this year, and been absolutely terrified by these bear sightings. The tresspassers (quite brazen!) are constantly parading thru our yards, which they use as a short-cut to get to the Reservation, esp when they run out of parking there, and people come and park on our streets, and cut thru our yards, to get to the Reservation. As a lovely parting gift, they leave their trash behind - strewn all over our lawns -for the bears to follow their trails of food and waste that we then have the privilege of cleaning. Now, with this 'planned' development including large dumpsters full of rotting food and waste will invite even more bears, raccoons, and rodents. In addition to the dangerous increase in traffic and environmental concerns, we should not have to worry about stepping out of our front doors and being met by dangerous wildlife as well.
