Hundred's of additional cars speeding on Seminary Drive, through the heart of Rio Vista will destroy our quiet neighborhood and will make it very dangerous to walk especially for a Senior Citizen like me!
I also believe this will cause an increase in crime in Rio Vista, enormous increase of Environmental Pollution with the Exhaust of additional 100's of cars being added on Seminary Drive!
Fyke Brook 30 to 40+ Rental Apartments will destroy our idyllic Rio Vista Development forever!

There are already enough cars speeding thru from Rampo Valley Road to Campgaw Road. Opening this up not only increases cut throughs, but I believe in can also cause as increase in crime in Rio Vista.

Traffic will make the neighborhood too dangerous to walk or drive in. Intersection of Seminary and Campgaw is crazy already with people cutting through. People speed on Seminary and its wonder no one got stuck by a car yet, especially over the hill near Walsh.
