The Gaping hole in RingCentral Functionality is:

The ability to synchronise personal contacts to their physical\hard phones is not in place!

RingCentral customers, please don’t allow RingCentral to get away with short changing us anymore!

RingCentral, I implore you to implement this functionality as quick as possible OR allow customers to use tools that come with phones to do the same. This is a huge business disadvantage and It astounds me that RingCentral who are now 15 years old, do not have the ability to synchronise contacts from their own personal contacts area to the physical phone which they themselves insist "has to be purchased from them" to take advantage of RingCentral and device integration.

This is rather annoying because their phones are more expensive and “Presence” (one of their marketing features) across devices is also not implemented fully.

The result:

Every RingCentral customer either has to manually add contacts to physical phones or miss out on the benefit of being able to answer phone calls knowing who is phoning and creating what we call "Customer Recognition".
