This is a petition for changing the rights of paying fathers in va. Currently fathers who pay in virginia aren't allowed to witness where the money for their child goes. This is also regarding the rights for the BEST parent to have custody, not automatically to the mother, which is the setup in Virginia currently. In the state of Virginia fathers are automatically declared to be unfit and ordered to pay, and are only allowed primary custody when the mother is proven unfit. This petition is to change these laws and require the state to either seek private/independent evaluation of the most fit, and monthly evaluations of the primary custodians' uses of the monetary funds received by the noncustodian. Looking for EQUAL RIGHTS.

Finally someone said it. My ex spends the child support on herself and I see my kid maybe twice a month. The system is so broken it needs a serious overhaul.
