The city and state are going against their own statutes. How can any judge even look at this case. Managers need to be fired.

I BELIEVE EVERYBODY SHOULD WORK AS LONG AS THEY WANT TO AND ARE ABLE TOO! I DON'T SEE ANY PROBLEMS WITH A TRANSGENDER PERSON WORKING AT ALL. I WOULD HIRE FOR SURE!

I work for the NYC Dept of Sanitation and I also have been the victim of constant misgendering harrassment and ridicule since coming out as a transgender make in 2011.
