I witnessed Laura's accident and there have been other ones at this interaction. They should consider revamping the entire intersection as there are also multiple crashes where the bypass merges.

Very dangerous, I agree. I've seen several accidents myself as well as many, many "almost" accidents. In my opinion they also need to close off that turnaround on the left of 50 as you are coming off the bypass going eastbound. I've many people come off the bypass and practically stop dead (one lady actually did come to a complete stop) waiting to get over to that turnaround.

My husband was also involved in an accident at this intersection. Luckily neither was seriously injured but I am a nervous wreck every time I use that intersection.

Very dangerous intersection. There needs to be a regular traffic light there and not a blinking red light. I do believe the speed limit is 55 there, very dangerous try to cross!!!!

I live right up from the intercection and if I am traveling west will go out of the way up to the light at Dutchmans to avoid an accident.

people do not pay attention to the light. They believe even though it I flashing, they have the right of way. I have been at at the light before and almost t-boned or reared ended from people trying to rush through it before it turns solid red. All that light has done is cause a bigger confusion than it already has. What is it gonna take for people to see how dangerous that light is? The president getting into an accident or even better Oprah

I hope this prevents another family from going through the physical, emotional, and financial issues are his family has had to deal with for nearly a year.

please make this happen I love my mother and sister very much... this needs to happen... I do not want to see any other people get hurt at that intersection I'm am a firefighter and EMT and I see these things happen all the time... this can be changed and prevented
