Stop robbing customers. APS has a monopoly with electricity and we are all held hostage to it. Why are they're rate hikes always approved?!!! I'm going to look into going off grid, if it's feasible, goodbye APS you corporate thieves!

I want to know why the top five people at APS get 1 Million a month not a year!!!!!!!
Too much going on in wrong billing, excuses for not reading meters, etc.
Something really needs to be done about this maybe news people can help???

WATCH YOUR APS BILLS!
Buckeye, AZ
Seems they have not been reading the meters for Months. If you looks at the online statement it says "Office Estimate, Regular. WE WERE UNABLE TO READ YOUR METER THIS MONTH AND HAD TO ESTIMATE ALL OR A PORTION OF YOUR USAGE. THERE IS NO NEED TO CONTACT US." It should say Meter Read.
They have also failed the past 2 months to send out and APS Paper Bill. In July i was home all month and they said i used 2121kWh in electricity off of there estimate. Last month in August I was gone away from home for 12 days with a/c set to 81f, no fans on, no nothing other then a few 3-13 watt led lights, and i used 2495 kWh?? Once again they were not able to read my meter!
My average in the summer time for the past 9 summers has been an average of 1500 kWh in this 1310 sf home with a/c always set at 79-81, and all of a sudden they can not read my meter and my kWh jumps from 1500 kWh average upto 2100-2500 kWh? No way and i will be down at APS in Goodyear on Tuesday, as they got rid of there office here in Buckeye!!
On the 19th from the 22th of Aug they approved the new billing terms and increase. For 3 days i was charged $43 and used 834 kWh and i was gone from the 18th until the 22nd. I guess the 3 watt lights i left on and a/c set at 81f used 834 kWh. Hey APS I was gone for 4 days, How did i use 800+ kWh?
The more i look into this the more interesting this is getting. Utter BS

When your CEO for APS gets way over a million dollars a year, its not right to raise our rates. What are the common people gonna do? Its all about money, you're not working for the people. Shame on you!!!!!

Let's not forget if you have a well you get 2 bills and both have the extra fees on them so thou have to pay twice

They even charge us for living in close proximity to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station...even though 60% of power generated there goes to California. The rest goes to Phoenix.

I've never in the 10 years I've had aps seen a bill so high of $649 and seems to me that's everyone is getting the same excuse of "we couldn't read the meter " !! We need SRP I believe we should have a choice
