Rates are crazy they just dropped me off equalizer for being 5 days late. Haven't had a disconnect it 8 1/2 yrs and this is how they treat customer.

The amount of fees they charge seem excessive and not all of them are legitimate. These need to be looked into.

We are all trying to work for a living, raise our children and also try to spend time with them. It makes it extremely difficult to do so when you make not even as much a week to cover the rediculous monthly bill. And have to catch up in the winter time. It's a visions cycle

With solar we have used as little as $11 in electricity yet my bill was over $100 in extra fees. Ridiculous!

Unfortunately, I believe they're in someone's pockets. Really hoping this petition gets somewhere! It is a monopoly and the fact that it has not been legally brought up says something is fishy.

My bill doubled and we have not changed anything with our A/C. We have to keep it warmer than usual just so the next bill is not outrageous. I feel all these fees are a joke and need to be reconsidered or looked at by a third party to see if they are rightfully charged.
