I've made two payments of $240 ..Now why is my bill out of the 7years all of a sudden $400+ ...and a disconnect notice what the heck is going on!

Turns out you gotta pay for that electricity to get to you and the infrastructure it takes to do it. I guess it doesn't magically just get created and appear at your house. Boggling huh?

You do realize that is how big business works across the board right? Shop at target or Walmart? Your cable/TV bill, your cellphone bill, company that makes the car you drive..... Turns out all of their execs make 1 million+ a month.

After reading some of these reviews the same things going on with me also they sent me estimated bills then when I called him on it and said I'm not paying an estimated bill there's no reason you couldn't read my meter then come to find out my bill was about $100 less then get the next bill and it now it's $100 more even than the last increase bill every month it's went up over $100. Then they tell me oh well my meter is not working correctly and that they'll need to come and replace it because it wasn't resetting the demand so I said when am I going to get this corrected Bill well they were going to Bill me two months bills and when I called and said what are you doing why haven't I got this corrected bill they still hadn't done it and now the next bill was coming due and it was a freaking almost $500 which it has not been that high. Something definitely needs to be done

They haven't even been reading peoples meters and they're charging extra for that plus outrageous bill increases have been seen everywhere.

We should be able to choose who covers our power and not having it strictly a monopoly. This is America for crying out loud. We should have the option to shop for better energy companies and their rates just as we do insurance, cable, etc.

I keep track I'd how many kwh I use every month. Somehow even when we were gone for 8 days, had the thermostat up to 83, and unplugged EVERYTHING from the walls, we still somehow managed to "use" more kwh than the previous month!! Really tired of this monopoly!

I have APS and my bill is horrible this month! I am never home anymore and i still am paying almost half of what i paid last month. This is ridiculous!!
