What aps does is wrong! Especially in a community where the unemployment rate is high. I have a job but it’s still highway robbery! Over 300+ dollars just in fees and not my actual usesge or taxes.

The amount of my bill from last month & this month had doubled and from last year in August there's a 257$ increase but I have less people living at home and less appliances running. It's outrageous

I keep my air at 80 Monday - Friday 6am-7:30 due to my work schedule because and I don't get home until 7:30pm so after 7:30 my air is at 75" so I'm not sure why my bill is over $300 that is too high.

I could no longer afford my aps bill in my large home. Moved to a small apartment and my thermostat is set at 76 and my bill was 350.00 and I have a gas water heater!

Screw aps! We're a low income family our bill would run $126 this month almost $400!!! A service delivery fee went from $5 to $60!!!!!! Screw u aps !

I have had APS one other time, and it was ridiculous. I come an area where I had SRP (Salt River Project) and the summer bills are almost half of this and my house was 400 sq ft larger with 12-foot ceilings (Fountain Hills and parts of Scottsdale). How are they getting away with this highway robbery. I will be first in line to protest!

This is ridiculous. My bill went up almost $100 compared to last month and I wasn't home as much. Aps shouldn't be charging everyone this amount of money
