We would like the board of Richmond Subdivision of Saint Peters, Missouri to please amend the bylaws of the homes association to allow the homeowners the right to put in a shed on their property. We understand their maybe some guidelines ( with in reason) to follow such as height, size, color, and material. We are just asking to have the right to put a shed on the property we own. By allowing a shed this will free up garage space as storage and people will be able to utilize the garage space for other reasons, such as parking a car that they may not be able to park in the garage now because sport equipment, lawn mowers, weed eaters, and other lawn equipment, are taking up that space.
