Money over common sense. I live in Wynn Vale and the balance of Parklands and rec areas is why. This is mindless stupidity to build another center when there is the Grove and sunnybrooks.

There are already multiple shopping centres within the area! We don’t need another and don’t take away the green space!

As a Wynn Vale resident I am Absolutely mortified this is even being considered!

Do not change our community land to commercial use already empty commercial sites e.g. the empty plaza holden car site with adjacent empty commercial building and surrounding land on nth east rd

I'm all for a Lidl, but not at the expense of our green spaces; they are such a big part of why so many people love living in this area. You do something like this you set a precedent. There are plenty of dead shopping centres around that could do with a reviving. Killing green spaces isn't the answer.

We have enough shops in the area and don't need another one - especially an overseas competitor. Keep the area open, green and a space for families to enjoy outdoors.

We DONT need more shops. From this site Sunnybrook shops 2 minutes, The Grove less than 5 minutes, TTP less than 10 minutes, Surrey downs less than 5 minutes, Modbury Heights less than 5 minutes. What about security for school, difficult to see loitering people if the school is surrounded by shops AND no matter how many shops, people have only finite money to spend. Shops here DO NOT value add to the area. I think TTG council are thinking only of the $$$$ for rates

so many supermarkets within 2 km's - why do we want more??? This would "kill" Sunnnybrook Shops.

Hi everyone great work on the petition. If you all can turn up at Richardson Reserve this sat June 2nd between 10am and 11:30am to voice that we do not want Kaufland to purchase this space. We have a voice in numbers lets send a clear message to TTG council. IT'S A NO FROM THE RESIDENTS

The first question that should be asked is. Is there a need for a Shopping Complex on what is now Richardson Reserve? The answer to that is clearly no. There is a shopping complex 500 metres away at Sunnybrook, another 2 kms away on Ladywood Drive, another 2 kms away at Surrey Downs, not to mention TTP and the Golden Grove Village both of which are 5 minutes away. This development is totaly unnecessary and simply vandalism of a wonderful space used by children to play sport and other activities. This will never get my vote nor anyone who supports this "development". It is not a development, it is a retriograte step at best.

Keep our parks and our spaces of freedom outside. Trees, grass, community space.

There are enough shopping centres within the area. So many young people play sport at Richardson reserve, lets not take it away from them. Keep this reserve for sports and recreation.

Shame on you TTG Council.. stop taking away our outside activity area and our open green space that our nature so desperately needs .. We do not need any more pollution in the air thank you very much.. We have enough shopping centres in close by proximity ..
