I am so mad this has been happening without nearby residents being consulted first. There is absolutely no need for another major supermarket in the vicinity. The fumes from vehicles when walking along The Golden Way can be bad enough as it is. We don't need more pollution (noise and fumes.) The people on the council that support this should be sacked for not placing the residents interests their first priority.

For TTG Council to sell this valuable community reserve would be a massive breach of trust to all those residents who purchased land in the area based on the developers plans. We certainly do not need another supermarket at the expense of losing our community land. Shame on the council for even considering.

This is a wonderful reserve with 2 primary schools almost next door. There is a small shopping centre again almost immediately next door, a huge shopping centre literally up the road and a massive shopping centre barely 10 minutes away. Another shopping complex of what ever size, is not needed, required or wanted.

Apparently they are offering 50% more than the land is worth. That has to raise some red flags for people. TTGC need to look past what $$'s being dangled.
