I believe if the development goes ahead as it will be very disruptive with noise and air pollution and ongoing traffic congestion and in the end will take away value from the school in the way it is currently located amoungst open green natural space. My school children use the ovals for recreation. Please keep our open spaces, give us the grass and trees and the birds and the bees, somewhere to kick a footy and fly a kite!

Keep it local!! Too much of the country is heading overseas and we need to keep what we can for our future.

Keep the reserve and show you're serious about health and prevention of illness.

Traffic is already a nightmare in the area. Sometimes money isn't everything!

This will only create greater congestion in an already busy community area where shopping centres and schools pre-exist, and will impact and impose on the nurtured landscapes, that create a healthy environment for those who reside in and visit the area.

Concerned resident. We shouldn’t give up our green areas or we will never get them back.

I believe that this should remain community owned land and that there should be community based development of the sight with an outcome of increased youth employment and training facilities to compliment our world class secondary schools in the area. We have a chance to become SA secondary and youth learning council.

There are enough supermarkets that service this area already. Keep this oval for community use.

Please keep the oval for community use. Happy for MVSC to have a new facility, but don't want to lose our space.

We currently have more than enough supermarkets servicing this area. We need our green open spaces for children adults and pets to enjoy. I strongly oppose the sale of this land. I cannot see any benefit of adding a 6th service area within less than a 5km radius. I believe losing a community space that has sporting events held weekly would be a huge mistake.

we should be encouraging more use of outdoor spaces - we have enough large supermarkets and some of these with empty retail space

Possibly one of the most well used open spaces in the area. Another supermarket in its place? What a crazy idea TTG council stop chasing the cash!!

As much as I love that German supermarket that sells all that crazy stuff in the centre aisle, I also love open space. There's also at least two branches of said supermarket within a 5 minute drive of Richardson Reserve. Leave it as it is.

So wrong on so many levels! Rezoning of a major community space to commercial, major concerns for school safety, major traffic congestion issues, bad for the aesthetics of the local area, destroying an open green meeting and play/activity space for the community... the list against this sale goes on and on! A blatant council cash grab!! Dont beloeve the lies- the soccer club will recieve an upgrade regardless of the sale. Too many open green community spaces have already been sold off with in the tea tree gully council. When will it stop? Enough is enough!!

We need more open spaces for kids to be free not shops to buy disposable junk to make us feel whole
