Reserves are for people to enjoy, not developers to make lots of money out of. In these days of heart disease and obesity we should preserve anything that gets people out there!

we don't need more shopping in the area. a major attraction to live in the area is the open spaces, green parks, places for families to get active with each other. please don't take away any parks

Abandoned commercial real estate is available in the CTTG. No need to sacrifice community zoned land in an area where there is already an abundance of shopping centres, which most if not all, have vacant tenancies already.

It’s not always about the money they will get if they sold it .
The reserve does not belong to the council
