It used to be move up to Golden Grove for the open spaces, now it's come to Golden Grove for the shops... there's an abundance of shops here already. Preserve our reserve!

I am signing this as I do believe that we need the green area and I certainly don't want a foreign complex there we have enough shopping precincts in the area as it is!

This area is unsuitable for a new shopping centre because of its close proximity to a school. As a teacher I know the noise of construction would hinder student learning and cause unnecessary traffic congestion while construction is being undertaken. Please find a different location in Adelaide to build this shopping centre and not an area that promotes a sense of wellbeing and relaxation for our community.

Our suburbs are becoming more crowded with larger houses built on smaller blocks and closer together. Please maintain some open areas for the community to enjoy.

I object to the proposal to sell Richardson Reserve to Kaufland supermarket chain. Open space as was designed when the golden Grove area was developed. Do not sell off our open space for yet another supermarket and carpark.The land is community open space and zoned 'Reserve'. We need open space for our children and grandchildren . There is very little open space left now.

The last thing the area needs is another supermarket. The village is a minute down the road and the sunnybrook shops are next door and would be severely impacted by this proposal. This is a blatant money grab by the council.

We are appalled that a corporation can come into this country and attempt to buy a public reserve, by offering much more money than what it is worth. It is invaluable as open space and public amenity, and we have to stop this destruction of trees and bird habitat, not to mention space for dogs to exercise !

NO! NO! NO! We DO NOT want a Kaufland here. This is OUR park and has been since Wynn Vale existed and was ALWAYS meant to be!!! AND SAVE SUNNYBROOK FOODLAND from the greedy big German companies!!

I don't agree with this. We have always used the park and we use Sunnybrook shops all the time. We like our quiet area which is why we have our home here. We say no!!!
