TTG get your hands off open space! You have already sold far too much. Green space is essential for clean air and healthy lifestyles. STOP SELLING OFF GREEN SPACE!!

I’m absolutely appalled at the idea of selling off our green space for short term financial gain. We certainly don’t need another mega-store in the suburbs, with Sunnybrook, The Heights, and The Grove already within minutes of each other.
How would this development affect the two schools that back onto Richardon Reserve? Just no.

I think T T GULLY has enough shopping center. Give those shops that are already struggling a chance without adding more competition

Keep our reserves as reserves. Once they're gone we will never get them back.

We do not need nor want another shopping centre! We are amply served by 5 shopping centres within close proximity. The closest being on the very same block, Sunnybrook!! Go away with your scheme to kill off this green space, with your plans to increase pollution, noise and concrete. Imagine it... more cars, large delivery trucks, litter, fumes, oil patched bitumen, loiterers, more noise morning, noon and night. Imagine it... no more green space, no more room to run around in, to take a pleasant walk in, to fly a kite... Richardson Reserve belongs to the residents, not to the Council, not even to the soccer club and we will NOT allow it to belong to any multinational or any other shopping entities!! Let the soccer club expand elsewhere as no doubt planned for with the purchase of land in Golden Grove and turn Richardson Reserve into a proper green park for all families, young and old, to enjoy along with the wildlife!!

if the council want to sell land then sell the paddocks they are going to build soccer grounds on. then we won't have an eyesore wrecking open reserves.

keep open space for future generations. once lost then lost forever. The average Kaufland supermarket has 400 carparks - think about it?

The land should be retained for community use. Not developed for commercial use.
