Not necessary when there are so many others so close. Businesses would not survive

Keep our reserves for the future generations to have somewhere that they can play, have picnics and other get togethers. It is important NOT to allow big chains to destroy valuable play areas for our fitire generations.

How many supermarkets do we need within a 3 minute drive of Sunnybrook? We live just across the Golden Way from Richardson reserve and the traffic is already busy enough in the area and hard to do right hand turns across or into the Golden Way from the surrounding roads without adding more congestion.
It would be better put to use for the community and to leave some green space in what is becoming an increasingly built up area.

We already have plenty places to shop at. Please don't take away a green space for an unnecessary concrete building.

we need to preserve as much land for wildlife and recreation that we can. As Joni Mitchell said, 'they paved paradise and put up a parking lot'. Progress is preservation too.

What are they thinking? We have Sunnybrook Shops 1 min up the r iui and, plus,Modbury Heights Shopping Centre 5 mins up the road from our h oki use in Longview Place! We have enough shops, and what with so many retail outlets folding, we certainky don't need any more! The oval is constantly used for recreational activities, walking dogs and playing! No more shops and crowded parking and dropped rubbish in the environment as a result! NO MORE SHOPS!!
