No! No! No! We have lived in Wynn Vale since 1987 and were assured that Richardson reserve would be used solely for recreation purposes not sold of because the council needs cash.

No way TTG Council. We absolutely don't need anymore shopping centres. This reserve should be kept as open space.

We don not need any more shopping centres in our area. Keep the beautiful green ovals and open spaces as they are - the reason we moved to Golden Grove development in the first place!

Modbury vista deserve a new location however we don’t require another shopping centre. Foodland is our local and they support SA!

what a ridiculous idea. we have sunnybrook shops 1 min away. then they would have to put lights or a roundabout in on Grenfell rd. stupid.

People purchased in this area due to open parkland not a shopping centre. Enough shops in the area already. Keep parks for encouraging people’s activities and outdoor lifestyle

How many shops do we need...only so many dollars to go around. Support local businesses...we all bought in Wynn Vale...at top dollar...due to the geeen factor. Do not sell your soul... please!

Because of the disaster that is happening across from Golden Grove shops next to the high schools, to have yet another shopping centre next to the primary school will duplicate the congestion and amount of traffic lights within a small distance from one another - the most vulnerable (children and the elderly adversely affected). Rate payers are already struggling to get to work in a timely manner with the Golden Grove disaster without having the same duplicated within 500m of that. Build a supermarket somewhere that makes sense and not on a corner block next to kids.....all well and good to separate this Kaufland from other shops to spread things out but 500m is hardly spreading the load!!!

Needs these areas to remain for both wildIife and public. Smaller houses being built no backyards for children to play trees shrubs mowed down less habitat for variety of animals. Please leave this reserve for all to enjoy...
