Richardson Reserve needs to stay. The community needs more areas like this for all of us to enjoy. We have 6 supermarkets within a 2.5km radius of this reserve. Another one is NOT needed, especially next to 2 Primary Schools

Keep the reserve, there are other things you can do with shops such as build upwards, not across the landscape. Green spaces are crucial for the health of the people and will increase in importance in the future. These will become more scarce (and more important) as our population increases: it's easy to create more shops (and design them strategically to cater for expansion) but it's not so easy to re-establish green areas and remnant natives. Keep this area!

We need more green spaces, not more shops. If you want to build more shop space, build up not across the landscape. Add stories to the existing shopping centres and above or underground parking. As population increases, spacious reserves that people can have all to themselves for 30 minutes while they walk their dog will be more scarce (and more important) than more shops. Keep the reserve!

1) Once open space is gone it is gone forever. 2) Our farmers cannot cope with more competition. It drives their prices down and we pay for that in the long run. 3) CTTG Council, please help the soccer club some other way. 4) Selling space that we love is not healthy, mentally or physically, in an already crowded district

What a ridiculous proposal this is. Why more shops? It doesn't make sense, we have plenty of shops already.
Open space is an important part of living in this country and should be maintained at all cost. I bought, built and have lived a stones throw from Richardson reserve for 30 years, as well as paying 30 years of council rates to have these facilities available. I've seen how valuable this space is to the community. Changing this to a shopping Centre of all things would be criminal.

We do not need another shopping centre, I have lived here for 30 years and all my children and grandchildren regularly use the the reserve for practices, exercises or just watching the local soccer. Unnecessary. Totally against this. We are surrounded in Shopping centres.

We don’t need this on Richardson Drive, keep it green.....why not use all these empty buildings ie Plaza Holden & Ray White sites on North East Road or put it at Parafield airport. It’s great new shops are coming as we need some competition to keep prices down. But please build them on areas which are already retail land. Building at Richardson drive is just crazy, the traffic & noise are bad enough now, with the schools. Trying to get out of our street in a morning & afternoon when it’s school pick up time are impossible...... we don’t need this here!!!!!

There's no need for more shopping centres in this area. There are plenty with a large variety of stores within a 5 minute drive and Sunnybrook is only a short walk away.

Totally against this. We already have a supermarket in the area and the open green space is important to the locals, not withstanding the increase in traffic volumes totally changing the area.

Totally unnecessary and totally not wanted. I just don’t get why anyone would think this is a good idea. Plenty of shops in this area - no need for any more.

We need our green spaces. If no longer useful for soccer, please plant some trees, install a playground for the kids, make it a calm and pleasant space, not another shopping centre.

Strange place to want to wack a supermarket with so many supermarkets close by. It’s a residential area and not commercial. Also the new proposed area for the soccer club is close to another sporting ground.
Why not leave it so it’s accessible to local residents.
