TOTAL LACK OF TRANSPARENCY. This feels like a backroom deal.
do it right the first time. we deserve to see the real impact this will have on our schools and water supply.
200 units is a huge change. How can they just push this through without hearing from the people who actually live here?

The traffic in Rhinebeck is already a nightmare. Adding these units without a proper study is just asking for trouble.
