As stated by many others, I would like you to reconsider your placement of the concerns addressed above. This would really hurt those that have invested in such a nice neighborhood and would be sad to see that go to waste. Thank you!

Please consider putting the water tower, electrical station, townhouses, etc. in other locations you have that don't adjoin nice neighborhoods. Thanks for your consideration!

We were the first nice neighborhood south of Celina. We would appreciate your being considerate and not use this land for a water tower, electrical substation, storage rental or townhouses. Please build something that would not be an eyesore for the many old and new neighborhoods surrounding 1461 and 83.
