Traffic in this area is a huge concern and this would clearly worsen the situation. Developers don’t have to worry about these impacts, so it’s up to the city council to worry about the impact of new developments in these areas.

I do not approve of this planned rezoning or building!! Our water pressure is actually nothing during peak hours of the day already and the constant building and adding of more and more structures is a real issue. Our neighborhoods need to stay neighborhoods and not multi-use areas! Our school (Lansdowne) does not need to worry about the children every time a car barrels through using our neighborhood as a cut through.

Another reason this proposed Rezoning should be halted is that Current expansions and construction along providence road are not yet complete and the final resulting full impact of these current projects is not yet known.
