Traffic is already a mess, and since shopping is a fair distance away, accessible mostly by narrow back roads, this would really complicate things. Please -- no more until roads are improved!

I'm in opposition to this development, due to the fact that many others have already been approved, which will cause more traffic and water runoff problems. Please reconsider!

Bridge over neuse river before I540 ans bridge over I540 are big bottle necks without expanding/ adding more lanes I oppose this development

Traffic is already a mess on Buffaloe in the mornings especially around 8am and afternoons from 4:30-6:30. Unless they plan to make Buffaloe 4 lanes all the way to Capital Blvd. this will just make traffic FAR worse.

You have abandoned walking and traffic flow infrastructure in the area. Put in real crosswalks. Widen the road into the lot. Do SOMETHING for the city. Are they bribing you or something? You've ignored us one too many times. We're the city. Not you. Not contractors.

Please do a traffic study on Buffalo Road after the townhouses that are currently being built are completed and filled. Traffic on Buffaloe is already a nightmare and over 250 townhouses are already being added. Buffaloe road needs to be widened to 4 lanes with a center turn lane all the way down to 540 at the shortest!

There are three other complexes currently under construction on Buffaloe Road!!! Traffic backs up to the river in the mornings.

Too much building at one time. Is not good for Raleigh. Our furry friends are losing their homes also.

I am the homeowner of 3623 top of the pines court. I am against the development for multiple reasons. This area is already one of the night traffic accident areas, adding such a large apartment building will increase traffic and ultimately increase accidents. The height of the building will directly effect me as I am located directly behind it. The height will cause an overlapping shadow by the afternoon. I truly hope the city council reconsider their decision and reversed their decision.

Our neighborhood does not need any more traffic not to mention the accidents and fatalities which will occur because of all the additional traffic this apartment complex will cause. This apartment complex will decrease the values of the homes in our community.

Signed one petition so here goes another. The added congestion this would cause of Buffalo and New Hope would not even be worth it. People already are dying by being struck by cars. This would only increase in this area

The traffic situation towards Buffalo/540 is already painful due to the two lane roads, no turn lane, etc. All of the roads in Raleigh haven't been properly planned for the increasing number of people moving here and this adds to it. Raleigh has too many apartment buildings/rental properties as it is. There's a massive housing shortage around the country which will continue until houses start being built. There are a lot of people moving here for Apple in the near future as well, so this would be a great time to start building houses.
