I am truly stunned by the level of attention this has received. This momentum belongs entirely to the people who took the time to weigh in on our neighborhood's future.

Hope they get the big stores in. This area is dying for new development.
Finally some decent shopping in this part of town. The traffic plans look reasonable and way better than what we have now.
18 feet of buffer is plenty. People complain about literally everything. Build it already.
We need this so bad. Tired of driving all the way to downtown just to get basic things. Bring it to Robinwood.
I live right off Kendrick and honestly I am tired of looking at that overgrown empty space. A nice center would look much better.

The tax money would be great for our schools. It's just a vacant lot right now anyway so let them build.
