No reason that this property should have been rezoned to prevent Clara's from opening. Southeast Denton (and Denton as a whole) deserves better. Rezone this back to commercial or we will all remember our Counsel members names come re-election.

Having restaurants and small shops close to residential areas adds to the walkability of Denton gives the neighborhood character that makes this town GREAT. A restaurant like Clara's is a treasure and should be rezoned commercial and allowed to serve the community.
