Rezone the lands next to Lucan Educate Together

This space is badly needed by the school. More residential units will only add to the traffic concerns and children's safety.

I want to rezone the area fro RES to OS.

I do not want to see more houses or apartments built here. We don’t need more houses. I want to see this site developed for community uses. Particularly I want to the front of this site used to provide much-needed parking and drop-off facilities for the school, to improve road safety and traffic flow on Mount Bellew Way.

This should not be built on when parking for the school and child safety should be a priority.

Please re zone as open space. This area of Lucan in particular is already over developed and suffers serious congestion problems with traffic especially at school times. It simply cannot function if it is to continue with the council allowing additional housing.

More houseing is NOT welcome in Lucan. So much land was wrongfully rezoned and built on with no thought for infrastructure or amenities. The greed and disgraceful planning from an bard planáile seems to continue.

I totally agree to keep the space for community use, to build more houses would be a travesty.

We have more than enough residential housing in this area. We desperately need community/open space in this area. Thank you.

There is enough congestion and concrete surrounding this school. A pleasant, green, community area for those using the school, or living in proximity would be very beneficial to the quality of life there as a whole. Thank you, Geoffrey Brennan

Very unsafe situation at present.

School badly needs extra space to allow children dropped to school safely.

Proper drop off site is needed badly for the school. More houses will only affect the safety fro kids and make the traffic on this street worse.

We definately don't need any more apartments in the area,please please consider the safety of our children at the schools and also the residents in mount bellew, as a resident it is so so so frustrating getting in/out of estate due to school traffic, so a solution is that area of land to be used as parking and then safety of the children,
