I think it would be a great benefit for the business of Pella for people to be able to go to unwind after a day of shopping and visiting Pella.

Pella needs an upscale bar where people can go to have a drink and know the place won't be filled with a rowdy crowd.

I believe this would allow high-end establishments to operate downtown, serving us local citizens and drawing tourists as well. Alcohol permitting is quite rigorous and we could maintain standards of presentation and operation.

As a relatively new Pella resident, I am constantly frustrated that I have to leave the town I live in to enjoy these things! This needs to change if Pella wants to be/stay relevant. Please rezone and allow this Pub!

I agree with Alli - no more empty buildings. A classy, reputable business like this would be nice along the square promoting lounging and shopping alike.

I am an avid homebrewer, a member of the local homebrew club, and thoroughly enjoy visiting craft brew pubs. I would love to see Pella have the possibility of javing its own microbrewery or brewpub.
