Rezone Downtown Pella to Allow "Cocktail Lounges" Like The Cellar Peanut Pub Along the Square

The Peanut pub is a classy place with excellent atmosphere and drinks.

This would be a great addition to downtown. It's different than anything else on the square but yet fun at the same time!

This will be so good for the growing community. Especially a drawing and keeping young people!

I, as many adult citizens in this fine community are, and would more than welcome an establishment such as The Peanut Pub! This city really needs more businesses in order to keep local people, as well as tourist a reason to stay and shop here. We, (Pella) are willing to welcome wine tastings for our regional vineyards. Why not support our states local breweries! Want people to shop local, than it's time to draw in what a large number of citizens desire!

Pella should expand their views and allow something unique.

I totally support a business that would provide craft brews and top shelf liquors. This would be a lounge free from the college crowds for adults to relax and enjoy some wind down time. The Pella downtown area needs to fill that space on Franklin and this would be a great addition!
