I am excited at the prospect of this great place coming to a great town. After getting to know the owners through some of their educational events and seeing their passion for good craft beer, having a place like this downtown would be a huge benefit for Pella and a driver for even more development.

I'm strongly in support of bringing an upscale brewpub or craft brew house to Pella to complement our excellent coffee houses (Smokey Row, The Brew, etc). It would be a great addition to our local offering, drive visitor traffic to the community, provide entertainment options for adults of all ages, and highlight some of the amazing Iowa craft breweries we have around Iowa and the Midwest.
