We, the Diploma in Business Management and Diploma in Tourism 3rd year students are hardworking students, and with our recent exams, a combined 18 students failed the exam and subsequently their major module. 10 of these students are Diploma in Business Management students.

Students who normally receives destinctions for their modules have failed their exams, which raises concerns on how transparent the marking of the papers were done.

Our suspicions are raised further by the fact that 8 students from the Diploma in Tourism classed failed their Major.

Investigations will have to be conducted to determine what went wrong, as it is impossible for two classes from the same lecturer to fail.

As a group, we request that our marks be corrected or we all be given the opportunity to rewrite this paper as something drastically went wrong with the marking of our exams.
