Roberto Rocha was arrested in mid Feburary with a felony murder warrant in the murder investigation of my sister Katie Hamlin. Typically, felony murder warrants consitute no bond/bail. Rocha\'s attorneys have filled motions to have him released until his trial in Cherokee County, Georgia and he was released on bond on March 12, 2004. Rocha is charged with the following, 1. Felony Murder 2. Cruelty to Children 3. Making False Statements 4. Rape 5. Aggravated Child Molestation 6. Improper Disposal of Human Remains 7.
