Until auto dealerships stop falsely stating to consumers that the Abritration Clause "permits access to Court" , all consumers in Oklahoma need to beware of any document they sign. Most consumers never get justice because they cannot afford an arbitrators fees (which in most cases are in excess of $25,000)

consumers are being blind sided by this method of resolution originally meant for large unions and corporations to resolve disputes.

Forced arbitration is so blatantly a violation of the constitution. Trial by jury is one of our most basic rights..

I have had experience with arbitration and it is unfair. Private justice is no justice and it keeps the malfeasance hidden.

It is a disgrace how the low-income consumers are taken advantage of due to their ignorance of their rights and those rights that have been stolen without knowing it.

This is a major problem for senior citizens who enter nursing homes and are unaware that they have given up certain rights until there is a problem with the quality of care or they are otherwise injured. Caregivers who are responding to the needs of seniors often don't have the skill to read through extensive contracts and even when they have the skill, the nursing care is needed and they don't really have the option to not use the nursing care facility.

The lack of transparency and lack of appeal rights in arbitration makes this a deeply unfair system and results in most consumers not bothering to pursue their disputes at all.
