Arbitration makes sense IF ande ONLY IF it is agreed to OUTSIDE of an Adhesion Contract. These forced arbitration clauses are NOT them. Period. End of Story.

The Federal Arbitration Act has been twisted and misinterpreted to create rules that take away people's rights and relieve businesses of responsibility from errors and/or wrong-doings.

Arbitration clauses are not voluntary on the consumers' part, nor are they in the best interest of a healthy economy. Corporations should not be shielded from liability for their wrongdoing. The FAA should be repealed.
