I have had trouble with JP Morgan Chase and have never had a arbitration with them. However, I agree with you on this issue.

Can you do something about credit card companies cheating balances interest rates??

CreditOne Bank

I got a clear evidence cheating my balances & charge interests, but they keep doing that.
Please investigate what they have done illegal charges onto credit customers.

Also no one should be able to report bad credit against you without a court proceeding, and or not be on your credit report at all if you dispute it.

Bank of America has very deceptive practices. Hidden fees around every corner and little respect for the customer.
An example of this is one I experienced just this week when I was when exploring a $50 fee on my line of credit which was supposed to be closed from my recent refinancing with a credit union (I blame the credit union for this since they charged me a fee to close out with BOA).
Post 2008 recession, BOA immediately blocked consumers from accessing their home equity line of credits. However, they still collected fees on these accounts although consumers had no access to use the financing. Not to mention, no visibility to prior statements to see what I had been charged. Nor do they have convenient access to agents who can make decisions on behalf of the customer. Extremely deceptive! No trust for large banks - although most of these folks have now moved on to credit unions who are starting to experience similar issues.
It's a shame that a bank has to formulate their business model around consumer fees to survive. They should be appreciative of the fact that folks continue to keep their money in banks and not in their homes where there are no fees!
