I entered in to a title loan in the amount of $800.00. I've made the required 12 payments but my required payments to Check in to Cash in Lee Summit, Mo. My receipt reflects that I'm still at 11 payments. I've paid $1735 in to this loan but their telling me I still owe $300 more. This needs to be looked in to. Thanks

After the death of my grandmother First Bank/Mercantile of MI accelerated due-on-sale. Refusing to work with heir/devisee/letter of authority. Foreclosing. Denying Modification/Assumption of loan. While taking mortgage payments from myself. First Bank/Mercantile made error and the law is not enforcing accountability. As the Consumers have no protection losing all rights. This is not the Anerican Dream...I want America Back! Please help!

stop banks from taking advantage of mortgage holders with disabilities. I went though hell with bank of america when i lost my job and was deemed disabled for work, it took four years, chapter 13 to get my mortgage modification and even afterwards boa put a very, very large balloon payment at then end of my mortgage, So they are getting paid in bankruptcy and at the end. how is this legal
