Revoke Mr. Crowell's (W6WBJ) Amateur Radio License

Crowell and his ignorant bigoted and abusive behavior have no place on our amateur radio bands. Revoke his license (and a few others as well).

Crowell's behavior on air is abhorrent and disgusting. If you read his pleadings to the Administrative Law Judge, will will understand why he has never had the Court rule in his favor. He has continued his illegal behavior all through the years of litigation. He needs a stiff sentence to serve as a deterrent to other Ham Radio Operators should they break the rules. He needs accountability big time.

Why aren't you asking the obvious question: why won't WARFA let me check into their net? You don't ask it because you have no good answer. Part 97 does not say that you have the right to run me off the frequency if you don't happen to like me. You people seem to have no understanding of free-speech law. I am a properly-licensed amateur station, and my transmissions were exactly like those of the other stations on the frequency. But you just don't like what I say, so you try to invalidate my speech by calling it "jamming" or "interference" and try to run me off the air. You aren't going to be able to silence me that way. If you want to regulate or prohibit my speech, you have to give notice of the criteria and reasons for doing so. The Commission has never done this. You have no criteria that would pass the pertinent constitutional test. My free-speech rights are being chilled. The Commission issued me a license for the operation of an amateur radio station and then, when they didn't happen to like what I said on the air, they informed me that they are also regulating my speech. That kind of nonsense will never prevail in court.

Please Revoke the defendant's license and send Federal Officials to arrest him and confiscate all his equipment, and all the equipment of his accomplices.

W6WBJ is the biggest LID on HF.

My call sign is N7SUN. Mr. Crowell continues to intentionally interfere with amateur radio communications which I have heard dozens of times on the 80 meter band. He shows no intention of respecting the rights of others or the rules for the operations of an amateur radio station. Please permanently revoke his license and order him to forfeit his radio equipment.
