It's unacceptable for this to drag on and on. He should be prohibited from having a transmitter capable of transmitting on amateur bands.

How come no mention of the transmissions from other stations durning WARFA with no ID? Sounds like a vigilante group going after just one person. Hillary Clinton is guilty as sin itself yet no action taken on her for risking National Security. And you want the FCC (the Federal Government) to to jump all over Ham radio operator WB6WBJ just because you don't like the way he operates his station, ( how's that working for you?) None of you can state the FCC violation number or interpret it's meaning correctly. ( Just might need to invoke the "Dracula clause" here folks) It's so simple, let everyone check in and your boring old silly WARFA net would go back to being a boring silly old WARFA net. What a concept...

This has gone on way too long, a decade too long. Mr. Crowell has practiced the shameful acts of what I term "Radio Violence" and incited others to do the same. I would like to see the commission set a prime example by not only revoking his license permanently, but see to it that he faces punitive action of any kind.
His case deserves the full amount of attention that the commission can muster, and finally cease his on air operations.

Wm Crowell is a menace and his activities are clearly against the law. The amateur radio spectrum is a national resource. Abusers must be punished and publicly so to serve as a deterrent to others who would deliberately interfere with the lawful and beneficial use of that spectrum.

I was approached by a licensee, Robert Craig, about potential litigation to enjoin Mr. Crowell. After listening to the recordings of his transmissions I was appalled by what I heard; clear violations of FCC rules and generally accepted conduct..
This is an FCC matter and must be addressed by it.

In March of this year I heard the interference caused by w6wbj and his followers for the first time. I'm not much of a joiner, but hearing the disgusting recordings and abuse of WARFA, I joined them to help. The entire world can now hear this on their computers! It's long past time to revoke his license

Failure to stop Mr. Crowell from jamming will begin a long decline in the sanctity of Amateur Radio as more and more sick people join him in his attempt to destroy amateur radio. Both the FCC and the ARRL share the moral obligation to rid our hobby of this abhorrent behavior.

This is not a First Amendment issue, because the FCC is not trying to regulate free speech. Rather, the FCC is trying to regulate the operation of a radio transmitter, so as to allow all licensed stations an equal chance to use the airwaves.
I don’t care what Crowell says on the air, because it doesn’t matter. What matters is Mr. Crowell’s intentional interference with others. The radio spectrum is a public resource, and every licensed amateur has the right to use that resource, without interference. Thus, I don’t care if Crowell were reading from the bible, if he does it to interfere with other licensed amateurs, it is Crowell who is violating the rights of others, and there is no First Amendment right to do that.

It has been way to long for w6wbj to be still operating. His license needs to be revoked, Hi continues even after being caught "red handed" by the FCC engineers two or more times.
