Utilizing a lifetime of opportunity to train in U.S. facilities, with American teammates and representation in the world - she turned her back making exacting decisions to become a marketing/propaganda piece for price for the PRC. This is both legally impossible as PRC does not allow dual citizenship, and is a moral and ethical disgrace to the U.S., her ex-teammates, and every benefit she has been afforded in America.

She believed it is more conducive to be a citizen of the PRC - that is her decision what to do with her immense talent. But it is not conducive for America to continue to provide benefit in that case. If she would like to attend Stanford, attempt an exchange program from a PRC university.

She refused to answer whether she is US citizen. It is not just about her character - dishonest person. Understanding Chinese culture well, not a surprise to me that her greed is the only reason why she competes for china. I didn’t care much about this situation until her response to this question - refuse to answer. A person who is dishonest, has no morality shouldn’t be admitted to Stanford.

My daughter works in Stanford U years. My father’s only bro was imprisoned in China 10 years during the Cultural Revolution. I am from HK, the persecution there. All the more reason Gu should not tell every newspaper TV in HK and Beijing Chins that she had renounced her US citizenship in order to get China citizenship to represent China in the Beijing Olympics 2022. What Gu said to every Chinese newspaper TV was a lie. She never gave up her US citizenship in order to join China citizenship to represent China in the Beijing Olympics 2022

this bastard child, is ungrateful and extremely disrespectful to the Americans. she could be a CCP member, according to some sources, so her Stanford admission and US citizenship are dangerous for the USA. you don't wanna feed a mole right?

Gu is liar and selfish. Human consciousness and integrity should be considered as top priority when selecting student candidate in universities like Stanford. Gu likes China, which is OK. Then stay there. She is 18 years old; she can choose either Chinese or American citizenship, not both.
