Revive Bellevue

We, the members of the body of Christ; Members Bellevue Baptist Church, and Residents of Shelby County - blessed by Bellevue's ministries - hereby request all worship, internal ministries, and outreach programs be restarted immediately without fear, reservation, or restriction.

We stand resolved with scripture, that NOTHING – including the fear of a “Pandemic” – is to deter the fellowship of Believers.

We declare, the active promotion of this “Pandemic” through adherence to newly created cultural norms - like wearing a mask, socially distancing, and encouraging to worship online - has and continues to deter members and non-members from participating in Fellowship, Ministry Service, and Worship.

We believe, these new cultural norms repress the unity all Brothers and Sister should experience when gathering together.

Hebrews 10:24-25 – 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.

Matthew 8:1-3 – 1 When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him. 2 And a leper came to Him and bowed down before Him, and said, “Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean.” 3 Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, “I am willing; be cleansed.” And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Luke 6:9-10 – 9 And Jesus said to them, “I ask you, is it lawful to do good or to do harm on the Sabbath, to save a life or to destroy it?” 10 After looking around at them all, He said to him, “Stretch out your hand!” And he did so; and his hand was restored.

Acts 4:19-20 – 19 But Peter and John answered and said to them, “Whether it is right in the sight of God to give heed to you rather than to God, you be the judge; 20 for we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.”

Sincerely,

Share for Success
