It's totally over rated and I don't think it should be this strict. We're being taught how to live in the world but not how to be dressed like we're going to church. I find it quite unobtainibly irrelevant to the learnings of school. Besides it's been proven that people pay better attention when comfortable than when they're not. I will voice my opinion and will not be silenced because of someone thinking we should look like a private school. Look at aced emits in other schools that do not have a dress code or have a very relaxed one. Just hear the students out for once administration.

I agree fully with this, how can you expect "poor" people that get free lunches buy expensive clothing that we will only wear to school. May I add they look awful

Agree 100% on this I mean this is stupid most parents have already bought school clothes ? Then what they have to go buy more because the school is worried about how we dress then they do our education! Because if they cared about our education more then they did on how we dress then we wouldn't have dress code .

Changing the dress code will do nothing besides make thing worse. We already have a uniform, which doesn't allow us to show personality. You think this new dress code is going to help us focus? No. It will distract us even more trying to figure out what we have to do for us to be able to express ourselves. Because certain students choose to not follow rules is complete bullshit to make every other student suffer.
