Because of the ridiculous fees its putting is buying on buckshaw. Especially when theres so many complaints about rmg and envirocare

I'd like to understand how they have come to the decision to 'retain' nearly £300,000 in surplus funds (over £100 per household), yet still ask us for more. If it wasn't spent, then it wasn't needed and should be returned.

Horrible, rude and disgusting customer service. Over charging customers with no option but to surrender to there cowboy fee hikes with no warning. Poor billing procedures changing annual bills to quarter with no notice, failing to send bills out on time then adding late payment charges! Then when you ask for a breakdown they make no sence what so ever! Enough to make me sell up and move on! ....

Surplus!? If we have so much freeze our fees, refund excess, reduce future payments. Theiving gits! Also why are we paying for football pitches when we can't access all the time - hire fees should cover maintanance of these not residents who don't use them!
