Rmg are useless they don't send letters out asking for payment but there debt collection company which they own manage to send them with no problem like all the other mail we get. The kids parks are full of used drug needles and dog faeces.

At the minute chorley borough council or south Ribble council have no interest in adopting any of the roads/areas on Buckshaw. It will cost them more money than it does now. As it stands they have little or no cost for the up keep of Buckshaw. RMG on the other hand are making a small fortune with the annual fees paid by residents. They have recently admitted to having thousands of pounds in the bank due to over payment by residents. Is this even a true figure?? It wouldn't be so bad if there was some light at the end of the tunnel and residents were given an estimated date/year of when RMG plan to hand it over to the relevant council. If they ever do that is!!

300k in reserve and not one sign of any grit on the roads disgusting especially around old warden which is a main bus route just adding danger on top if some stupid decisions

They have sent a letter to advise they have nearly £300k in a reserve find but are retaining that money and continuing to charge us!

Absolutly disgusting what the apartment owners are charged! Increased again for 5 th year - not paying until I get a detailed plan as to why as the house owners pay £150 per annum bit money left over!!

Totally agree, why do we have to have facilities management? Why are the council not taking this on as with other areas? Why have the roads not been adopted by the local councils?

I think the fee they charge is ridiculous they don't grit the paths. I live in an apartment block and the cost is extortionate and what do we get for our money

RMG Out!! My main gripes are dog mess and vandalism/broken glass/rubbish in the parks, they don't do enough about it.

RMG administration is an absolute nightmare. I have had a dispute with them for over ten years. I suggest you use another company.
