How dare they make this decision without the voice of the people. I do not want any child to be afraid to go to the restroom and I don't want predators taking advantage of this law.

Gender is what we were born with, the only reason as to why humans should respect the differences in each other. Taking the gender question away would take away the one thing we identify with, purely.

This policy carries dangerous implications for women and children. By 'identifying' as another gender, it is now much easier for sexual predators to gain access to private areas. And with the restrictions on speech, the public is unable to ensure safety of individuals from those predators.

This is going too far. The implications of letting men go into women's restrooms are too costly. I will never feel safe again in a public bathroom if there is a man in it. The leaders of our state cannot disregard our safety as women just for the sake of making some men feel better about who they are! There are other ways to gain equality than a male, trying to get into a bathroom with a bunch of females. This is absolutely ridiculous.

This is a HUGE abuse of power by the government AGAIN!!! This needs to be stopped before we continue and continue to lose more of our freedoms. I don't want my daughters to be scared to use the public bathroom because there is a MALE in there. Why can't these confused people use the single stall (family) bathrooms that are everywhere now. This NEEDS to repealed ASAP for the safety of the woman and children. Safety is much more important than the feelings of a few!!!

Please take into consideration all the women children and men that have the same internal and external\ biological genitalia. Having this open bathroom policy takes away the rights for myself and for my children to feel safe. I fear this opens doors to people who may take advantage of the situation such as preditors. I fear for the safety of my children and that is not ok.

Once again I believe actions have been taken that represent a minority rather than a majority. As a mother and an active member of my community I see this repeal as protecting those most vulnerable. As an adult I don't feel comfortable where things would be without this repeal.

This is ridiculous! How did this get passed without the public having a voice and knowledge of this? Why didn't our legislatures let us know? I am appalled by the implications this has in our schools. They will not be safe places for our children with any one being able to enter a restroom, shower or locker room by "identifying" themselves as whomever they wish. We can be understanding of individuals with gender identity confusion without taking away our privacy and right of speech and safety of our children.
